Sister M. Cyril Mooney, IBVM (born 21 July 1936) is an internationally recognized educational innovator and the 2007 winner of the Padma Shri Award, the Government of India's fourth-highest civilian honor. She is a native of Ireland and a Sister of the Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Loreto).
